Assisting with developing, implementing and managing PHX Trainings compliance program Coordinating with regulatory bodies Planning, implementing and overseeing risk-related programs Creating and coordinating proper reporting channels for compliance issues Developing company compliance communications Coordinating and scheduling required compliance training Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices Ensure all quality standards and processes are met across the business for all contracts
PHX Training is seeking a highly motivated Quality & Compliance officer to join our dynamic Quality Team team., Proven experience of performing a similar Quality role and dealing with OFSTED Knowledge of legal requirements and controls Proven experience of improving quality standards with the ESFA and DWP Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. GCSE English Language or equivalent (Grade A
- -C) Size and Scope The successful candidate may be required to work from any of our other PHX Training Centres across Cumbria and Lancs.
