Full Job Description
Sodexo has over 40 years of experience supporting the defence forces of the UK, the US and France. We support individuals, the community and the environment on base, working with military leaders to enhance the physical and mental wellbeing of personnel across all military services. Our PFI contract provides 128 different professional services on all aspects of Property Managementfor our client. Based at Merville Barracks in Colchesterwe are recruiting for aQuality and Continuous Improvement Managerthat will be a self-starter and lead quality management and audit processes at our large multi-service site. This is a busy and varied role where you will be working under the Contract Director and a team of four auditors to complete daily quality management plans accurately for all services in the garrison and maintain rigorous audit standards. You will also implement and enhance quality improvement initiatives to ensure that our processes meet thehighest standards of quality and efficiency in line with Sodexo company policies and procedures. In addition, you will possess exceptional client management skills and act as a pivotal point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
You will ideally have an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification along with a Level6 Safety Qualification and a Level 4 Food Safety Qualification. In addition, you will have astrong background in quality and improvement and internal auditing. You will also need to be proactive, forward thinking, meticulous and strategy-focused, and have excellent administration and IT skills, particularly using CAFM systems, PowerBi and Microsoft Office applications.
