Full Job Description

The technical department at AllSaints are responsible for the fit and quality of all AllSaints products. We have an exciting opportunity for a quality control assistant technologist to join our technical team, to help support the team with the day-to-day product checks, ensuring consistent quality of production across our delivered products. In this role you will be based out of our distribution centre. Working closely with the technical manager, you will be raising the bar in terms of quality control and will be responsible for checking delivered product meets requirements, liaising with the technical team., Reporting to the technical manager, you will be based out of our distribution centre, which is located in Larkfield, Kent. There will be occasions when travel is required to our East London Studio where our technical team are based.,

  • Carry out regular random AQL inspections (including measurement reports) at the warehouse as well as at store level and compare results to that of the vendor QA teams reports
  • Support department technologist with supplier corrective action reports where product does not meet agreed standards
  • Collating samples to be sent to technical team for review of any QC issues
  • Support the warehouse returns and technical department with AQL inspections following product failure and returns analysis
  • Keep the technical manager and technical team abreast of significant developments identified during quality control activities
  • Prepare monthly reporting documents and individual AQL reports

    Creative and analytical approach to ensure AllSaints remains an iconic brand that produces high quality and stylish products
  • Excellent time management, planning, organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Attention to detail is key as this is a fast-paced role, so a sharp eye is essential
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
  • Experience of carrying out AQL inspections or factory experience is helpful
