Full Job Description
We have a new opening for the position of Quality Coordinator in our Quality Department. This pivotal role is primarily desk-based (80%) with responsibilities including:
- Data analysis, spreadsheet management, and administrative tasks.
- Collecting and analysing data, issuing rework sheets, and conducting internal and site audits.
- Completing risk assessments and collaborating across departments such as Purchasing, Finance, and Production.
- Engaging with suppliers and stakeholders, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Occasional shop-floor work, including lab tasks and waste material. You'll join a friendly, collaborative quality department structured under two teams. You'll work alongside colleagues in a positive environment that encourages personal growth, innovation, and project development.
- Great IT Skills, particularly in Excel, with proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
- You should have the ability to communicate for interactions with different departments and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to perform audits, analyse data, and complete risk assessments.
- Flexibility: Willingness to assist colleagues on the shop floor as needed.
