Full Job Description

To coordinate and manage the following aspects:

  • Documentation management system (ECC SAP 6.0)
  • Creation and routing of ECRO (engineering change record order) within SAP.
  • Routing and release of documentation within SAP
  • Documentation change process (CCF)
  • Control of documents and records
  • Documentation compliance SME.
  • Tasks Work with local stakeholders (production, Quality, engineering) to maintain procedures, work instructions and forms to BD requirements. Control, issuing and recording of all documentation to the manufacturing environment and electronic document control SharePoint as required. Train production associates on effective use of documents and document control requirements. Management of controlled signage. Generation and reporting of QMS metrics and targets set by local and global stakeholders. Maintenance of SAP plant Bill of Material (BOM) for products and materials. Conduct regular production documentation process audits to ensure compliance. Guidance to production and office staff on Quality system setup and overall direction. Support the change control process as required. Management of approvals via DocuSign

  • To be able to use office 365 and other relevant software to a good standard with the ability to advise others.
  • The ability to feedback overall strategy on documentation control to associates wanting to make changes.
  • The ability to effectively communicate and negotiate timelines with local stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal, decision making and communication skills.
