Full Job Description

  • Supporting the establishment and operation of the Quality function to oversee early manufacturing and construction including processes for managing non-conformance.
  • Provide support to related teams in aspects of document and record management, pressure compliance and equipment qualification.
  • General management and business admin from reporting, BI support, risk management, document control, communication and audit planning.
  • Support with management arrangements development, management systems and IT/business systems.

    Discipline in Quality Engineering, IT or Business.
  • A genuine interest in the energy industry and a passion for sustainability and being a part of making a difference.
  • We will need you to be open minded, flexible and have an agile way of thinking to succeed in a dynamic fast paced project environment.
  • Having a strategic mindset that brings innovative ideas.
  • Effective interpersonal skills are key, as well as being able to demonstrate high ethical behaviour, integrity, humility, and character.
  • Effective communication skills will be required to manage your stakeholders whilst prioritising competing demands.

You will work on one of the most exciting and significant sustainable energy projects that our country has ever seen, being at the forefront of the UK's climate change agenda and energy policy. Sizewell C is a nuclear new build project in Suffolk. When completed, it will provide dependable electricity to 6 million homes for at least 60 years.
  • We're recruiting for students to join our Quality Engineering Industrial Placement programme at our Moorgate office (London). There will be the opportunity for some hybrid working in addition to time in the offices in Moorgate. Please note there will be a requirement to attend other offices for occasional meetings throughout the programme. Taking on a real job at a junior level, you'll have the opportunity to learn through hands-on experience under the guidance of highly skilled and experienced colleagues.
