Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) Manager to join our Wastewater Division in the UK. The role will lead the HSEQ Department and have responsibility for ensuring that all HSEQ standards are met and exceeded across our UK operations, Site Services, Project Delivery, Manufacturing, and our regional service centres. This is a critical role that requires a proactive approach to maintaining our commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability.,

  • Ensure that all staff comply with company procedures as laid down in HSE Manuals/guidance notes.

  • Proactive introduction of HSE best practices for both workshop and site equipment and operations

  • Carry out Safety Internal Audits, both at workshop and site

  • Advise staff on HSE procedures where required and provide all necessary HSE training in line with training manuals.

  • Develop SSOW for construction programmes under CDM 2015.

    Experience in a Health and Safety and Quality Control capacity, including all aspects of project execution.

  • Knowledge of how to develop, deliver and maintain SSOW including CDM.

  • Experience in customer site work, confined spaces, Health and Safety and Quality is mandatory.

  • Technical qualifications in engineering, degree level is highly desirable.

  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
