Full Job Description

The post holder will work closely with the Divisional Quality and Safety Lead, promoting and facilitating quality governance within the Division. Applicants should have a good understanding and knowledge of the Governance agenda across the NHS.

Reporting to the Divisional Quality and Safety Lead, the post holder will have responsibility for supporting all aspects of governance across the Division, including incident and complaint management, risk, and clinical audit and effectiveness processes.

The Division is looking to recruit an experienced, motivated and independently minded Business Partner - Quality Governance to support the Divisional Quality and Safety Lead in the delivery of governance across all aspects of patient safety, risk management, audit and effectiveness and regulatory compliance., The post holder will havegood analytical skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidates should haveskills and experience of key governance and assurance principles. This role also requires individuals with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage their own workload without supervision within a busy environment.
