Full Job Description

As our organisation continues to grow and expand its impact, we are seeking a proactive, detail-orientedQuality Governance Facilitatorto join our thriving Quality Team. In this pivotal role, you will be at the centre of a fast-growing healthcare organisation, actively shaping and overseeing governance systems and processes within our NHS-funded services. With a core focus onclinical governance, healthcare quality, compliance, and assurance, youll ensure that our standards not only meet but exceed those required to deliver outstanding patient care and healthcare services., In this role, you will be responsible for driving the integration of clinical governance systems across our organisation, ensuring seamless support of quality, compliance, and assurance standards within all healthcare services. Taking ownership of clinical audits, you will oversee submission processes and collaborate with healthcare experts to ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements. You will actively support safety and risk management by tracking responses to patient safety alerts, following up on critical actions, and proactively managing risks across services to maintain a safe healthcare environment.

Additionally, you will analyse trends in quality metrics, preparing high-level reports and translating data insights into actionable recommendations for quality improvement initiatives to foster continuous improvement in our healthcare services. Finally, you will support policy development and updates to ensure that our services remain aligned with the latest healthcare legislation, standards, and best practices, ensuring full regulatory compliance at all levels.
