Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Governance Facilitator to join our Governance Support Unit (GSU) at King's Mill Hospital. If you have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of quality assurance processes, including policies, CQC, and regulatory frameworks, we want to hear from you!

The succesful candidate will assist the Quality Governance Matron in delivering the clinical governance and public involvement agenda within the Division and work collaboratively across disciplines to facilitate improvements in clinical practice and reduce risk. They will work closely with divisional leadership teams to foster a culture that engages both clinical and non-clinical staff in delivering excellent and high-quality clinical services.
