We have an exciting new opportunity for a Quality Improvement Assistant to join the team at Fitzwilliam Hospital. You will bring strong administration experience into the role and will be a valued member of the team for your skills and expertise. Our people deliver the highest standards of care and services at Fitzwilliam hospital and bring a can-do attitude that we're so proud of at Ramsay., Work closely with patients and relatives to manage the complaints process Support the patient journey from referral to treatment, through audit, CAS safety and patient related outcomes such as BSR Support meetings by taking minutes and preparing reports Assist with updating training records Support the Quality Improvement Manager Pro-actively seek additional knowledge and training to support personal growth and that of the team
