Full Job Description

This role provides an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable person to lead our Quality Improvement team as part of our support offer to member GP Practices & Primary Care Networks in the London Borough of Haringey. There will also be opportunities to collaborate with partners across North Central London.

You will be a self-starter with a passion for quality improvement and improving services in General Practice. You will be an experienced leader in Primary Care helping to identify and implement new opportunities to develop clinical services using Quality Improvement methodology to improve access, health outcomes & reduce health inequalities by helping to eliminate unwarranted variation.

You will take direct responsibility to co-ordinate our existing QI and business change support offers (Childhood Immunisations uptake, Long-Term Conditions Locally Commissioned Service business change support, end-of-year QoF & IIF target support). In addition, you will use your skills, knowledge and relationships to identify future Quality Improvement opportunities to support both member GP practices/PCNs and the wider work of the GP Federation. Throughout your work, you will foster a culture of Quality Improvement across Haringey Primary Care.
