Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced healthcare or project management professional to join the ASPH Improvement Partnership team, working at the heart of the Trust. You will contribute to the development, initiation and delivery of projects and complex programmes, working across divisional, departmental and system boundaries to deliver against key strategic objectives. The successful candidate will play a key role in the continued development and support of an improvement approach to solving complex problems at a local and system level. Working within the established Improvement Partnership Team, the post holder will be well supported to develop their improvement, leadership and project management skills.,

  • Lead the development and delivery of projects and complex programmes to support the delivery of key strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with programme sponsors, clinical leads and stakeholders across organisational and system boundaries
  • Develop project plans, set milestones and manage risks to ensure successful programme delivery
  • Embed quality improvement processes across the Trust, champion and facilitate the ASPH "Be the Change" programme
  • Use data to drive improvements, assessing performance and identifying areas for development
  • Mentor, coach and train; building capability and ensuring best practice
  • Produce reports for sponsors and boards, track the progress of programme benefits and outcomes
  • Provide management support for the Head of Improvement Partnership, deputising, as required
