Quality Inspector - Industrial

Ferrero is actively seeking a Quality Inspector who will be essential in ensuring that our production unit complies with the quality standards set forth by Group Quality. In this role, you will oversee various production processes to ensure they meet our strict specifications and you will also propose initiatives aimed at continuous improvement. Additionally, you will be involved in training employees to help achieve our quality objectives and will vigilantly monitor the production auto-control system to quickly resolve any emerging issues., As a Quality Inspector at Ferrero, your role is crucial in maintaining the highest quality standards within our production environment. Your responsibilities are both diverse and critical, focusing primarily on upholding product integrity and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your core duties involve conducting detailed internal checks that cover areas such as hygiene and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). You are responsible for maintaining rigorous audit schedules that support the consistent application of these quality standards throughout our operations. Hygiene is paramount, and you will ensure that our factory premises adhere to the strictest hygiene standards in accordance with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.

Furthermore, you will conduct audits on critical aspects of production including allergen control, Critical Control Points (CCPs), and recipe control, to ensure strict compliance with established standards and specifications. This vigilant oversight is essential to safeguarding the quality of our products. Additionally, you will oversee the monitoring of documentation related to traceability, batching, product labels, and printing, ensuring all information is accurate and complete to support seamless production processes.

In instances of food safety and quality issues, you will serve as a reliable support system for both the production team and Quality Management. This includes assisting in laboratory analyses and facilitating the implementation of necessary corrective actions swiftly to address any deficiencies identified. Your collaboration with production staff is key to the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of quality standards, ensuring that our products consistently meet all required criteria for excellence. You will also manage quarantined goods efficiently and participate actively in both internal and external audits.

An additional responsibility includes conducting swabs as part of our environmental monitoring program to ensure continued adherence to safety protocols.
