Full Job Description

The post holder will:

Contribute to the ICBs quality agenda to monitor health and care services, ensuring safe and effective service delivery with positive experiences.

Create effective partnership working across the system to facilitate improvements in quality and experience across pathways of care.

Provide support for responding to quality concerns.

Act as a point of expertise and knowledge resource on quality surveillance, assurance, and improvement.

Use Quality Improvement (QI) methodologies to lead QI projects, working with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to facilitate implementation of action plans and improvements.

Work in partnership with other members of the team to provide a quality perspective through all stages of the commissioning cycle.

Lead on specific work-related projects, as determined by the team, ensuring delivery within timescales, and using evaluation skills to quantify success.
