Full Job Description
We are currently looking for a quality manager that will manage the ONR on Europe's biggest project based out of either London or Suffolk - Hybrid - 2 days in the office rest from home, with travel to suppliers and a monthly trip to France.
- Strong interpersonal skills. Able to engage credibly within and external to the business.
- Experience in leading & managing teams
- Ability to influence and encourage change of behaviours across a wide range of organisational levels
- Expert knowledge of Quality Systems, ISO 9001, ISO 19443, ISO 14001 and interrelated processes such as ISO 45001, GSR-2/3.
- Strong presentation and communication skills - able to present at multiple organisational levels and to external regulatory stakeholders
- A strong and credible decision maker, able to create confidence through crafting of strong justifications and arguments.
