Full Job Description

As ourQuality Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible to drive forward the maintenance and further development of the Quality Management System (QMS) as an Integrated Management System (IMS). In cooperation with a variety of stakeholders, you will ensure compliance with the defined internal and external regulations and the highest level of process-oriented quality assurance and continuous improvement within NTT Global Data Centers (GDC). The role will be based in Frankfurt or London, is full time and hybrid. What you will do

  • Manage an QMS in compliance with the ISO 9001 standard and driven as an IMS
  • Manage the company-wide certification strategy and audit framework relevant to the IMS
  • Perform internal audits in alignment with the Internal Control System, certification and Global requirements
  • Coordinate certification audits defined by the certification strategy
  • Manage and further develop a central data base for deviations and improvements identified during auditsand ensure root cause identification and on-time completion of related actions
  • Coordinate the consolidation of the different management systems under IMS to ensure an effective andefficient IMS and the compliance with the corresponding certification standards
  • Maintain and continuously improve the instructional documentation for the QMS
  • Support in monitoring the key performance indicators (KPIs) for the QMS, in regular reporting and inmanagement reviews
  • Support departments in achieving company-wide high level of quality and clear documentation andidentifying improvement potentials and support the Commercial unit on client requests and audits, Manage an QMS in compliance with the ISO 9001 standard and driven as an IMS

  • Drive awareness of QMS and certifications within the company

    Successfully completed university degree (Master/Diploma desirable) or comparable professional experience
  • Expert knowledge in quality management, internal auditing and ISO 9001, proven by an appropriatequalification
  • Knowledge of other standards (e.g., ISO standards, PCI DSS, EN 50600, TIA 942, ISAE 3402) desirable
  • Working knowledge of quality improvement methods and tools (e.g. CAPA, root cause analysis, SWOT, 5Whys)
  • Fluent verbal and writing skills in English and German, Successfully completed university degree (Master/Diploma desirable) or comparable professional experience
  • Expert knowledge in quality management, internal auditing and ISO 9001, proven by an appropriatequalification
