Are you a Quality Manager working in New Homes Delivery looking for your next step?
We have a fantastic opportunity within our growing Development team for a Housing Development Quality Manager to cover our New Homes projects in the Midlands. This will include areas such as Nottingham, Birmingham, Leicester and Coventry.
As our new Quality Manager, you will take the lead on-site inspections and carry out compliance checks across multiple new build sites. Working with project managers and external contractors to provide technical support and make sure the highest standards and best practice are kept across sites.

We want to deliver the highest quality homes to our customers and that's why this role is so important to us. We need someone who can take accountability and use their professional skills set to identify risks early and to communicate and influence across internal and external stakeholders.
You will be part of an amazing team, working to make Platform Housing Group a truly modern housing association. You will lead reviews of completed properties, compiling a snagging list to ensure zero defects on completion. You will be a key influencer and relationship builder with our external contractors and partners ensuring compliance and performance are met on site developments.
Proven experience of inspecting construction in residential new build and refurbishment works.
You would ideally hold a relevant construction related qualification, such as MCIOB, MRICS and/or MCABE.
Inspection of work in progress to monitor quality standards and compliance with the contract documents and to take remedial action where appropriate.
Experience of writing and presenting reports summarising recent inspection visits to the contractor and key stakeholders.
An ability to monitor the performance of contractors and their supply chain on site and report any performance issues.
Understanding of NHBC technical requirements of schemes, including analysis of project drawings and contract documents.
Although this role is home based, there will be regular operational travel around the patch to manage your projects effectively therefore a driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
