Full Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Quality Improvement & Safety Team at The Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust., The primary focus of the role is to equip the clinical workforce and support front line nursing, midwifery & allied health professional staff to constantly assess the status of the care provided and to use evidence based methods and tools to continuously improve the quality of care and outcomes for patients. In particular initiating and sustaining improvements around pressure ulcers, patient falls, nutrition and hydration, patient experience and clinical effectiveness.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and motivated with some experience of quality improvements in an acute/community setting, however full support will be available to undertake any additional education and training related to the post. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced Registered Nurse or Allied health Professional who has the skills and ambition to develop their career within quality improvement and safety.
