Full Job Description

Quality and Academic Development (QUAD) provides institutional professional leadership for the management of City St George's academic quality and standards framework.

Our responsibilities include oversight of Senate academic policy and regulation, support for School-based quality teams, programme development and review, CMA compliance, the management of City St George's collaborative provision framework, its assessment and feedback frameworks, and student cases relating to academic appeals, fitness to study, complaints and misconduct and OfS, QAA, OIA and CMA compliance.

The Quality and Standards Administrator works across the Department and with colleagues in Schools to support a range of activities within the Department's remit. This includes supporting working groups and forums, key aspects of the quality and standards framework, programme approval and periodic review and student appeals and complaints casework. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and producing reports relating to core quality processes and City St George's external compliance obligations.

You will manage multiple activities simultaneously, using high levels of initiative and judgement and excellent organisational skills to deliver a diverse workload effectively.

Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with analytical and problem solving skills and IT proficiency.
