Full Job Description

In this role, you will have the chance to network across the Aston Martin community, gaining valuable experience and building connections especially within Quality and the wider Manufacturing Operations Team. The opportunity for hands-on learning will allow you to develop your skills at a faster pace. As a Quality Strategy Graduate you will be involved in multiple projects, looking at the inspection process, problem solving, data analysis and cataloguing issues.

To excel in this role, you'll need to be driven, self-motivated, and demonstrate exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills. This role requires an individual who can communicate with people at all levels, from technicians to senior management, to relay your findings and solutions. Working within the Quality Strategy team, you'll support and provide solutions for issues/problems raised within your remit. You're not the type to shy away from challenges or struggle with technical information. Instead, you possess the ability to understand and convey technical details in a comprehensive manner for both technical and non-technical individuals.,

  • Possess a science or engineering-based degree
  • Be able to work with others cross functionally and communicate well across all levels
  • Take accountability and have an analytical mindset to problem-solve issues by collaboratively working with different groups of people
