Full Job Description
Are you ready to take on a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in a large innovative nutritional business? Do you have experience working in a production, manufacturing, or food environment and have a keen eye for detail? Are you looking for a permanent position with consistent hours, Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 16:30? If the answer is YES to the above, we want to hear from you!! As a Quality Technician, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with production and other stakeholders to ensure that our products meet strict quality standards and regulatory requirements. Role Objectives: - Analysis and release of incoming raw materials by Near Infrared Spectroscopy (NIR). - Can you conduct thorough analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods samples - Do you have the ability to support the quality team in achieving business goals and addressing quality issues - Are you meticulous in maintaining data integrity and providing
supplier feedback on raw material performance - Can you prepare samples for external analysis and promptly report out-of-spec results - Are you proficient in conducting equipment calibrations and maintaining hygiene standards - Do you have experience assisting in internal audits and supporting operations in addressing non-conformances
Have you worked in a similar role within a production, manufacturing, or food environment - Are you proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel - Do you have great organisational skills and the ability to perform well within a multi-functional team - Are you detail-oriented and willing to challenge the status quo
