Full Job Description
- Provide assistance to the commercial team in the preparation of site measurement, reconciliation of daywork sheets, labour and plant returns, preparation of subcontractor accounts and measurement of interim valuations.
- Utilise and comply with company procedures in relation to commercial site procedures; systems, cost control, variations of contract and method of measurement.
- Provide monthly evaluation, notification and certification of works undertaken by the supply chain. Works in support of interim valuations under the main contract.
- Support the procurement for work packages through preparation by provision of scope and quantification works and evaluation of tender returns.
Previous experience as an AQS/QS within MEP Building Services. - Have working knowledge of one of more forms of construction contracts i.e NEC, JCT, Bespoke.
- Understand and articulate the construction process/sequence.
