Full Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities: The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing daily commercial management functions, including but not limited to; measurement & valuations, applications for payment, reconciling accounts, dealing with sub-contract orders and enquiries, through to practical completion of the project.

  • Minimum 5 years+ experience (post graduation) as a QS.
  • Experience working for a Main Contractor.
  • Good negotiation skills and previous experience in PCSA's would be advantageous.
  • Previous Roles: Assistant Quantity Surveyor OR Project QS OR Quantity Surveyor OR Commercial Manager OR Assistant Commercial Manager OR Project Surveyor.
    • Qualifications & Skills: Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management/NVQ Level 6 or above, or comparable qualification.

    Salary: c 65k basic plus competitive package inc car or allowance, health, bonus etc.
