Full Job Description

We are recruiting for a Research & Development (R&D) Administrator to join our team on a 12 month fixed-term contract to provide varied administrative support to the Director of R&D, the Head of R&D, and other senior team members. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) based at the Warneford Hospital where you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the department, managing diaries, organising meetings and events, and assisting with reporting processes.,

  • Arranging meeting and events, managing diaries, assisting with reporting processes and other duties as required
  • Recording of meeting minutes, as well as the dissemination of relevant information to meeting attendees as required
  • Support R&D managers with management of HealthRoster admin duties and staff leave procedures
  • Respond to all queries, correspondence, and telephone calls in a timely and professionalmanner. Initiate action where possible and report progress as appropriate. Employ judgement toensure that messages and actions are prioritised and brought to the attention of the R&D seniormanagement team with any relevant supporting information.
  • Support with data collection, collation and processing to assist with the completion anddissemination of regular reports and data requests.
