Full Job Description

We are recruiting for a Research & Development (R&D) Administrator to join our team on a 12 month fixed-term contract to provide varied administrative support to the Director of R&D, the Head of R&D, and other senior team members.
This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) based at the Warneford Hospital where you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the department, managing diaries, organising meetings and events, and assisting with reporting processes.
If you have previous experience supporting senior staff, have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, we would love to hear from you!, + Arranging meeting and events, managing diaries, assisting with reporting processes and other duties as required
+ Recording of meeting minutes, as well as the dissemination of relevant information to meeting attendees as require
+ Support R&D managers with management of HealthRoster admin duties and staff leave procedures
+ Respond to all queries, correspondence, and telephone calls in a timely and professional manner. Initiate action where possible and report progress as appropriate. Employ judgement to ensure that messages and actions are prioritised and brought to the attention of the R&D senior management team with any relevant supporting information.
+ Support with data collection, collation and processing to assist with the completion and dissemination of regular reports and data requests.
