Full Job Description

  • Develop and launch new products (including matching) for specified customers to achieve sales growth.
  • Link design activity to business strategy by delivering innovative products within the constraints of the brief.
  • Use sound commercial and technical awareness of our ingredients, processes and customer requirements to deliver 'right first time'.
  • Provide technical support to operations/logistics/purchasing for cost release, quality maintenance and improvement programs.
  • Interact with customers to support relationship building and customer intimacy strategy.
  • Interact with suppliers and the general marketplace to ensure up to date ingredients and technologies are employed in new developments.

    Experience in dry seasonings.
  • Experience in Seasonings and Flavour development.
  • BSc Graduate or equivalent.
  • Food Science or related subject.
  • Personal Characteristics - creative, self-motivated, dynamic and results orientated.
  • Able to think laterally and solve complex problems.
  • Proven ability of teamwork in a cross-functional environment.
  • Project & team management skills.
  • Developed communication skills.
  • Able to demonstrate sound understanding of the development process and how it links to the business, including on-line plant trials.
