Full Job Description
- Develop and launch new products (including matching) for specified customers to achieve sales growth.
- Link design activity to business strategy by delivering innovative products within the constraints of the brief.
- Use sound commercial and technical awareness of our ingredients, processes and customer requirements to deliver 'right first time'.
- Provide technical support to operations/logistics/purchasing for cost release, quality maintenance and improvement programs.
- Interact with customers to support relationship building and customer intimacy strategy.
- Interact with suppliers and the general marketplace to ensure up to date ingredients and technologies are employed in new developments.
Experience in dry seasonings. - Experience in Seasonings and Flavour development.
- BSc Graduate or equivalent.
- Food Science or related subject.
- Personal Characteristics - creative, self-motivated, dynamic and results orientated.
- Able to think laterally and solve complex problems.
- Proven ability of teamwork in a cross-functional environment.
- Project & team management skills.
- Developed communication skills.
- Able to demonstrate sound understanding of the development process and how it links to the business, including on-line plant trials.
