To deliver essential family services as part of the innovative Route2Change pilot family service at HMP Isis. Adopting a "whole
family" approach", this comprehensive service will deliver an end to end integrated rehabilitation and resettlement support
programme to prisoners and their children and families from first night in custody to six months following release from prison.

About You:

This post will manage a small team of staff, prisoner Pact Champions and volunteer befrienders involved in the delivery of
prisoner assessment, the development of Family Care Plans, prisoner and family support, and casework in prison and in the
community. The post holder will be required to cover for colleagues and on occasions deputise for the Service manager.
