Full Job Description

We are responsible for the delivery of the Radiology Service across BCUHB covering a network of District General and Community Hospital and a network of community hospitals and are seeking to appoint Band 5 Radiographers, to work within our general imaging departments.

We encourage applications from undergraduate student Radiographers in their final year of study as well as from experienced Radiographers.

We are highly committed to staff development and training and over the past few years alone, have successfully trained multiple staff across a number of areas including CT / MRI / Ultrasound / Plain Film Reporting / Nuclear Medicine / Mammography / Advanced Practice and more.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Successful post-holders will be required to work throughout the general area, including A&E, theatres, fluoroscopy as well as undertaking a limited range of CT scanning.

Successful applicants will work a shift pattern which includes evenings, nights and weekends.

Available posts are full time, permanent positions however, part time applications will be considered.
