An exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our busy Radiology Administration team located at the Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother Hospital in Margate.
You will be required to perform reception duties, booking patient appointments, waiting list management as well as general office duties.
A good general level of education is required to include English and Maths at GCSE Grade C/4 or equivalent. Excellent communication skills and keyboard skills required.
Hours of work will include weekend and evenings working on rota basis covering 7 days a week.
The role will require occasional working at the Radiology departments at Herne Bay and Deal Hospitals as required., Great organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise your work effectively.
First class communication skills with a professional and friendly manner.
High levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
Understanding of the sensitivity in the nature of work they're carrying out and dealing with patient matters in the strictest of confidence.
A flexible and friendly working approach.
