Full Job Description

1. Schedule Imaging appointments for a range of modalities, for example X-Ray, Ultrasound and CT. This includes calling patients to agree the appointment date and time, giving directions and providing relevant information in preparation for their scan.

2. Answer incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner. Working with the team to manage phone calls and emails, assisting patients, staff and other healthcare professionals with any queries.

3. Covering various reception desks within radiology, to arrive patients for their appointments and assist with queries.

The Radiology Admin team are looking for flexible and motivated people to join our team.

We are looking for people that are passionate about providing an exemplary service, to work as part of a dynamic team helping to a deliver a safe and effective Radiology service across East Kent.

The successful candidate will be able to work in a systemic and methodical way, using on their own initiative, be conscientious, and have excellent interpersonal communication and customer care skills. Applicants will have a keen eye for detail, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritise workload.
