The Trust are currently looking to recruit highly motivated, enthusiastic, and compassionate Band 2 Radiology Assistants to join our fast-paced and friendly Radiology department.

We offer a vibrant and exciting place to work; with a professional hard working team who are looking forward to welcome staff to our department., As a Radiology Assistant you will support the radiology department in all areas: - Plain film X-ray, CT scan, MRI, and Ultrasound and Interventional Radiography (site dependent). Supporting the team in the provision of a 24/7 service.

Your role will include preparing patients for various investigations, acting as chaperone, moving and handling, patient care and use of computers.

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent patient care, communication and interpersonal skills and understand the importance of following standard operating policies and procedures of work.
