Radiology Booking Team Lead

An Exciting opportunity has arisen within the Radiology department at South Tees Hospitals Foundation Trust (STHFT). This is an opportunity for a Team Lead to join our Radiology Appointments team., To work as part of the Radiology Booking Team to plan, book and schedule appointments in plain film, fluoroscopy, Interventional Radiology, MRI, CT and Ultrasound as required ensuring that both Government and Trust targets are met, South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust offers leadership and improvement training to all new staff. This training programme has been designed to support our staff in developing their understanding of leadership and management skills. You will be expected to attend the following training sessions.

After you complete these three and a half days of training you will be able to explore further leadership and improvement training opportunities. We also offer further in-house courses and bitesize programmes through our Leadership and Improvement Team.

This is an opportunity for a full time Team lead within the Radiology department to lead a team of highly motivated appointment clerks.You must have excellent verbal communication skills and deal with telephone queries in a calm professional manner.
