The salary scale above has been agreed as part of the NHS Agenda for Change pay award for 2024/2025 and will be implemented in November 2024 backdated to 1st April 2024 where applicable., There is no formal on-call, however, there may be occasions when lists run late or a nurse is required to assist with emergency cases, at a weekend if available.
Previous experience in Radiology is desirable, or those with Theatre or Surgical experience, but nurses from any field of nursing, will be considered. It is advisable for any nurse wishing to apply for this position to arrange an informal visit to the Radiology Department.
Although the post is full time, 37.5 hours a week, part-time hours will be considered, with full training given. Currently we do not work weekends or bank holidays.
