Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Radiology department at Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This is an opportunity for a Radiology Quality & Governance Support Administrator.

The post holder will be supporting the Quality & Governance Team, taking a lead role in maintaining all aspects of a high-level administration, on a day-to-day basis.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team and contribute towards providing high quality care.

Additional contract details: 12 months fixed term, ability to work cross site, Mon-Fri

Main duties of the job

- To work as part of the Quality and Governance Team in Radiology.

- To provide a comprehensive administration service to the Quality & Governance Team on a day-to-day basis.

- To maintain and support development of databases, undertaking data input as required on appropriate information systems and monitor the department Quality dashboard

- Ensure policy control monitoring is in place and escalate when necessary.

- To co-ordinate various reports required for meetings ensuring they are provided in line with set deadlines.
