Radiology Receptionist Supervisor

Are you a Supervisor who is passionate about providing excellent customer service to patients/carers/relatives, The successful candidate will Supervisor Receptionists across All Radiology Reception desks covered by Dartford & Gravesham Trust including DVH, Queen Mary's, Gravesend and Community Diagnostic Centre

We are looking for you to apply if you are a motivated clinical reception Supervisor, with knowledge and experience in an acute or primary care setting. You will have excellent interpersonal, IT and communication skills with the ability to organise, manage and plan your workload effectively. You will need to be dedicated and passionate in your role working with patients/ carers/ relatives including those who may have specific needs such as mentally and /or physically impaired, young children, the elderly, the very ill, non-English speaking or hearing or visually impaired.

You will need to be energetic and dedicated in working, As The post holder will be responsible for Supervising a team of Radiology Receptionists, Attending patients, moving Orders to request on the CRIS system
