Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Radiology Support Secretary to join our team within University Hospital Coventry.

You will work alongside the existing administrative team to provide comprehensive and efficient secretarial support.

You will need to be a highly motivated and flexible team player with excellent organisational and communication skills. The ability to work under pressure and effectively prioritise your own workload is essential. We are looking for a secretary with high standards and an eye for detail. You must have the ability to multi-task and work in a busy, ever changing environment., The post holder will need to have excellent work typing skills. Previous relevant secretarial experience is desirable.

The post holders will need to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work with colleagues from a variety of professions and backgrounds. The post holder will be expected to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.

A key part of the role will be ensuring the delivery of an efficient and high quality service to patients and therefore the post holder will require extensive experience of working in a healthcare, customer care or retail/hospitality setting. Familiarity with Trust systems such as EPR, Soliton, MModel, and Integra is also desirable but not essential for the role.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate evidence of a strong commitment to personal development.
