Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced RAN Planning and Optimisation Engineer with in-depth knowledge of Nokia and Ericsson (E//) equipment, strong expertise in site design and rigging, and hands-on experience with RF planning and optimization. The ideal candidate will have a background in utilizing planning tools like ATOL and a proactive mindset toward automation to enhance operational efficiency and reduce delivery timelines.
- Hands-on experience with Nokia and Ericsson (E//) equipment.
- Strong expertise of site design, rigging principles and RF optimization.
- Proficiency in using RF planning tools such as ATOL. Experience:
- Background in RF planning and optimization.
- Experience working in RAN deployment, planning, and optimization in a telecom environment. Automation: Demonstrated ability to identify and implement automation processes to streamline workflows. Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret RF data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Education: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in automating processes within network planning and optimization workflows.
- Knowledge of emerging telecom technologies like 5G.
- Familiarity with additional planning tools and software.
