JLR have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Brand Manager to lead the Range Rover brand overseas. The Range Rover Brand Manager will be a part of the Overseas regional House of Brands team, working closely with the global Range Rover brand team and the Overseas National Sales Companies (NSCs) and importer offices to lead both strategic and operational optimisation and delivery of the Range Rover brand. Reporting to the Overseas House of Brands Director, the role will be supported by 2 analysts, who support the 3 Overseas Brand Managers with homologation and product & services expertise. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- You will become the Range Rover subject matter expert for the Overseas Region.
- Regional input to the global Range Rover Brand Strategy, and delivery/optimisation of this strategy in the region.
- Be the voice of the region for Range Rover - understanding the global target customer, Overseas market nuances in terms of client tastes, requirements and legalities and ensuring these market requirements are considered in global strategy and product / brand decisions and help maximise Range Rover profit and volume in the region.
- Responsible for the Range Rover product offer in the region e.g. vehicle line, accessories, plus services and experiences
- Support development of business plans (volume forecasts) for future Range Rover products in Overseas markets
A background in brand management, ideally within the automotive, engineering, or luxury brand markets. - Experience in ensuring the cycle plan is compliant with legislation changes and reflects strategic project initiatives in relevant markets (e.g. local manufacturing projects) with support from XCL homologation analysts.
- Experience in supporting other areas of business brand transformation such as go to market models and retailer spaces, in conjunction with other markets and Overseas CoE teams.
- Previous experience in product & pricing activity, driving completion with markets and global pricing teams.
- Understanding of brand priorities and experience in working with scorecards for the region including brand sales and performance targets, brand equity, brand first preference, brand NPS, etc. Creating Modern Luxury requires a modern approach to work.
