Peer supervision and in service training are carried out on a regular basis and you will have an annual appraisal. There is excellent support for personal development and opportunities to develop the service in line with best practice. You will have the opportunity to support and supervise junior staff within the service, and to support service development and projects with the team., The person specification below is not the full person specification, but outlines the criteria against which your application form will be assessed.
