Are you an experienced Registered Nurse seeking an opportunity to work with the Amber Valley Rapid Response Nursing Team?
If so, this opportunity is for you!
An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated nurse to join us , this is an excellent opportunity for you to use your clinical and leadership skills to support the team.
The service provides acute (short-term) care in patients' own homes and Residential Care Home settings. The team promote a self management approach to patients with their health conditions.
A key priority is for rapid nursing staff to educate patients on their health needs and to provide a self management approach to patients with their condition.
The service provides cover 7 day per week, 08:00-18:30 and incorporates a rapid response service supporting patients with urgent nursing care needs.
You will have the opportunity to develop your skills of specialist nursing assessment and treatment in a community setting, alongside developing additional generic skills to provide a comprehensive assessment to a variety of complex patients.
