WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? Our rotational Analyst Graduate Programme will allow you to contribute to and learn from groups such as Risk, Treasury, and Trading Strategy and will provide an opportunity to join our Trading Execution Desk ("TED") team. Treasury Our Treasury Team is responsible for running the treasury operations of the fund, including cash and liquidity management, collateral management and execution of financing transactions. Trading Strategy Our Trading Strategy team is responsible for providing useful signals for discretionary trading, for example analysing fund flows and positioning, and monitoring government and corporate bond issuance to assess the impact on yields. Some members of the team also develop systematic trading strategies, generating signals that automate the recommendation of trades to the Investment desk. Trading Execution Desk (TED) Our Trading Execution Desk is the entry point to a career in investment at RCM. The team is collaborative by design; therefore
