Full Job Description

You will enable managers of the Enablement service to monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of the Enablement Team, by collecting data and producing reports on demand, capacity and performance.

You will support the efficiency of the service by helping to track and providing updates to managers on the progress of Adults through the service, highlighting blockages to efficiency and effectiveness.

You will also support the management Team with admin duties. You must be able to use IT systems. Also, from within the council you will be offered a comprehensive framework of core skills and knowledge.

A rolling programme of induction and accredited training opportunities will build your confidence and enable you to reach your full potential.

We are looking for dedicated, enthusiastic and self-motivated Allocation Coordinator to join our strong Community Enablement team.

These are part time positions only, working 30 hours per week Monday to Friday. Flexibility would be required.
