Full Job Description

Care at Home is a short-term reablement services and our goal is to support our service users to continue to live independently in their own homes. You will support service users in their own homes with personal care tasks, meal preparation and medication. Your remit will be to promote independence and personal centered care at all times.

You will undertake all training courses as required.

You will be required and undertake all tasks conducive to the role.

This role is community based and we support people throughout the borough of Trafford, therefore you will be required to drive and have access to your own car.

You will be paid a 9% unsociable hours uplift for working unsociable hours, evenings/weekends.
