Reach Forklift Driver

Are you an experienced Reach Forklift Driver looking for a long-term opportunity? We're hiring on behalf of a well-established distribution company based in Hedge End. This is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent role, offering stability and the chance to become a permanent team member, based on performance and workload.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Operating a Reach Forklift to pick and process orders efficiently
- Using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to scan, track, and manage orders
- Packing orders accurately for dispatch
- Safely loading and unloading containers in line with company procedures
- Supporting the team in a fast-paced, dynamic warehouse environment

Valid in-date or in-house Reach Forklift Licence and previous experience
- Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow safety procedures
- A proactive, can-do attitude and reliability
