The team has an exciting opportunity for experienced solicitors to join them to strengthen their national offering, providing a genuine chance to join a highly motivated and supportive team with a wealth of relevant experience., You'll be an experienced technically proficient real estate lawyer with at least one year's post qualification experience who's had extensive exposure to quality real estate work from a large regional or city firm who can add value through first class technical, commercial advice and delivering business and sector insight. You'll have rounded experience advising landlords and/or tenants on large portfolios of properties. You'll also have strong internal and external networking skills and use these effectively to generate work in your own right. You'll also, ideally, have experience of supervising the technical work of others and enjoy devoting dedicated time to share your expertise through coaching and mentoring.

To be successful in this role as a minimum you will have:

  • At least one year of post qualified experience as a UK (England, Wales or Scotland) Solicitor.

  • Extensive exposure to quality real estate work gained in a large regional or city firm.

  • Experience advising landlords and/or tenants on large portfolios of property.
