Real Estate Lawyer 3 PQE

You will join a well-established Real Estate team, part of a broader national property group with expertise in areas such as commercial real estate, real estate finance, planning, and construction.

You will be advising on acquisitions, disposals, refinancing of commercial real estate investments, and overseeing developments from start to finish, including site assembly, development agreements, and lease documentation. Additional tasks will involve portfolio management, corporate support, development finance, and advising on title matters.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor (around 3-5 years' PQE) with experience in commercial real estate, including a solid background in transactional work and an understanding of development finance and lease management. Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills are essential, along with a proactive approach to client service. Previous experience working with high-net-worth clients or on high-value transactions is desirable.
