Are you skilled in leveraging customer data to enhance decision-making and drive business growth? Join us as a Real-Time CRM Executive to optimize and oversee our CRM systems for seamless customer interactions.

In this role, you will analyse customer behaviour's, monitor live data, and implement personalized strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention.

What you will be doing-

  • Planning and delivery of Real Time CRM campaigns to our William Hill Sportsbook customers.

  • Expected to help ensure that the campaigns are executed on time, flawless and are achieving the business goals according to WH strategy.

  • Using a variety of CRM delivery platforms (e.g. Airship, Adobe), you'll co-ordinate delivery across several channels including Push, Email and Welcome.

  • Identifying existing and new opportunities to sell the next best action to the customer, it will require copywriting and creativity to market our best bets and promotions.

  • Working with data and automation teams, to identify and build real time audiences to target.

  • Using bonus systems to build out exclusive, incentivised opportunities for our target audiences.

  • Reviewing campaign statistics to help evaluate the success of campaigns and report back to senior execs.

  • CRM experience, specifically one to one marketing with emphasis on experience from a B2C digital company

  • Experience in email/SMS/push marketing tools, campaign management tools and promotions planning

  • Practical experience and capabilities
