Full Job Description

Set your sights on a future in Supply Chain with a role designed for aspiring professionals. This Receipts Resolution Specialist at Carnival UK offers a unique blend of learning, growth, and hands-on experience at the heart of our Supply Chain department. It's your chance to start building a solid foundation in this field, contributing to our strategic goals while honing your analytical skills. This role is offered on an initial 6-month fixed term secondment.,

  • Proactively manage the receiving resolution queue on a daily basis
  • Interrogate systems and update receipt / clear invoice where appropriate to enable payment.
  • Query discrepancies with supplier / ship / 3PL to resolve by updating system receipt or agreeing credits where possible, including monitoring of credit receipt. If immediate resolution not achievable then supply evidence to Manager for decision on payment
  • Assist Accounts Payable / suppliers in resolution of invoice queries.

    Intermediate Microsoft Excel capability
  • Previous exposure to accounts payable processes would be ideal but not required

    This role is classified as CUK12 and is available on a full-time, fixed-term basis for 6 months. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
