  • Accurately input data into the booking system, ensuring proper categorization and traceability.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to confirm delivery schedules and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Work closely with the finance team to reconcile invoices with delivered items.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all non-inventory items booked in.
  • Ensure all supporting documentation, including receipts and delivery notes, is correctly filed and accessible for auditing purposes.
  • Follow company policies and procedures for receiving and documenting non-inventory items.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards during the intake process.
  • Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports on non-inventory items processed.
  • Identify trends or issues with incoming non-inventory items and report them to the supervisor.

Proven experience in a logistics, warehouse, or inventory control role, ideally within motorsport or a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in inventory and logistics software, ideally D365.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising accuracy or safety.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a high-speed environment.
